FAQ’S REGARDING THE PURCHASE OF RAPHAEL PEREZ’S WORKS

Q: How can I purchase a work by Raphael Perez?
A: Please click on “Purchase”, and you will be automatically guided through the process.

Q: How can I inform you in which painting I’m interested?
A: Please send us the exact URL of the painting, or email it to me as a jpg attachment, with the details (size, year, materials).

Q: Are all the paintings originals and signed by the painter?
A: Yes, all the works are originals, signed and dated on the backside of the canvas.

Q: Can I buy a painting from the “private collection”?
A: 126 of Raphael Perez’s paintings are in private collections of various professional arts collectors and arts lovers. If you are interested in one of these works, you may send us a request for purchase, and I will forward the request to the person who bought the work. If he’s interested to sell, I’ll put you in touch with him.

Q: How will shipment be effected?
A: Shipment will be “door-to-door” by FedEx. On delivery, you will sign a receipt for the courier. This receipt will be proof of delivery of the work. Delivery will take place 5-10 days from receipt of payment. Please make sure to open the package and inspect the work for any possible damage before signing the receipt! Q: Are online payments secure?
A: Yes. We take every possible precaution to protect the integrity of your credit card information. We use a secure server to ensure that any information you type in is safely encrypted. You can enter your entire credit card number on the secure server and be assured that it cannot be read in transit.

Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: You can cancel your order before shipment. If you wish to return the work after receipt, you may return it by FedEx within 10 days from signing the courier receipt. In that case, you will be charged for the both shipping fees, and any other expenses incurred in the return of the work and payment reimbursement. Total expenses incurred will amount to approximately 15% from total order value.
